This policy explains how we get your Kid's Culture order to you, including delivery areas, timelines, and charges.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver across Bangladesh, including inside Chattogram city and nationwide through our courier partners.
Delivery charges
- Inside Chattogram city: BDT 60 flat delivery charge
- Outside Chattogram (nationwide): BDT 100 flat delivery charge
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Delivery time
- Inside Chattogram city: 1-2 business days
- Nationwide: 3-5 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the day an order is confirmed and may vary slightly during holidays or due to courier delays outside our control.
Order processing
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1 business day of confirmation. You'll be contacted by phone to confirm your order before it ships.
Cash on delivery
We offer cash on delivery (COD) across all areas we serve. You can also pay online at checkout if you prefer.
Tracking your order
Once your order is handed to the courier, we'll share tracking details by phone or SMS so you know when to expect it.
